rather strange. first uploaded the index and everything worked swimmingly (including uploads). About an hour or so later, I started getting that error.

I can't remember if version 1.32 (assuming you're using it) tells you if a file already exists. If it doesn't then it will just give that error message and it may be that the file you're trying to upload already exists.

hm. That isn't the case. I was assuming it was because of something with the permissions, but everythings set to 777, and as I said it worked the first hour or so after I installed it.

Any other ideas?

Yeah, that is strange that it worked to begin with but then stopped.

Other than incorrect permissions or a file already existing, the only other thing I can think of is if the file is larger than your server's upload limit.

What's the file you're trying to upload?

I get the same error.
I also can't create files.

anoxia: if you can't create files either it's likely that the directory you're trying to use the script within has incorrect permissions. Its CHMOD property must be set to '777'.

Everything is chmodded to 777, don't know what it is then. Must be server error, when I get home I will try on my local server.

Edit: Allright, it was a server error.
